Ben located the problem we were having with our hot water system very quickly and had the necessary parts to fix it. While doing this he found that our pipes to the kitchen tap could blow at any minute. Timely intervention to replace tap and pipes. Had these guys replace 3 toilet suites, a leaking drain pipe, two basin mixers, a hot water system valve and a shower head. From the very first phone call they were professional and extremely accommodating to our schedule. Ben came out to do the quote and organised everything that would be needed to complete the job. On the day of the work Donovan and Sean arrived on time and did a solid job. Donovan had to dig up some concrete in a tight space in order to fix and replace a section of leaking pipe. He completed this to perfection, concreted the new pipe in place, and left the area spotless after he was done. Donovan even stayed back until he knew the job was done to a high standard. Sean did an awesome job on the installation of the toilet suites. Overnight there was an issue with two of the units coming off the walls due to the ageing wall surfaces, which the guys wouldn't have known about. Upon calling Ben to inform him of the situation he and James arrived the following day and rectified the issue at no extra cost. This customer service went above and beyond what other companies have before and this is why I highly recommend OA Plumbing to anyone who is seeking professional and expert work to be completed. Massive thanks to Ben, Donovan, Sean, James and everyone else at OA Plumbing. They listen to what the client wants, undertake the work in a timely manner and hold themselves to a high standard of work completion.  Would definitely use these guys again!
