Thank you for your efforts this week at our two properties. You have a g great team! We had a big leak at our tenant’s property that was fixed quickly. I appreciated your personal phone call and quote before the work. Please pass on my compliments to Sam in particular, who visited my home and solved an odour problem in the bathroom. He communicated clearly what the problem was, talked through solutions, gave me a clear quote and finished up the job by tiding up. I appreciate it.
